ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Login to your account. Click here
2. Select the item(s) and quantities you would like to return from the appropriate sales order(s).
3. Select how many return shipping labels are required for your return(s). 
4. Select the appropriate return reason(s) for your item(s) being returned.
5. Verify your Ship From address is correct as shown. If not, please update to your correct Ship From address.

RETURNS:

• All returns require a return authorization number/Order number which must be present on the outside of the return package.
• Return shipments must be delivered back to LionSportz within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns received after this time will not be honored.
• Please return items in the same manner they were shipped to you. All items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and must be shipped back in a shipping package. If returning footwear, please remember to ship your shoe box in another shipping box or bag. If items returned are not within these conditions, the return will be refused.
• Returns are currently processed within 5-7 business days after being received back to LionSportz.
• Please login to our Online Returns Portal( Routed to Return s page . If you need to make an exchange of a like item, simply place a new order with our Customer Care Team. You will be charged the purchase price for the new item(s) and shipping method being requested. Once we process your return authorization, we will credit your original form of payment for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund on your credit card if the purchase was placed with a gift card or other card that you cannot access. All returns are refunded directly to the original method of payment used at check out. We can provide you with a “store credit” for use with LionSportz only.
• Because custom and customized items are made just for you, they are not returnable. Customized items cannot be accepted for return for final color output not matching either the color displayed at the time the mockup was confirmed, or not matching other items ordered.
