WARRANTY INFO

ONLINE WARRANTY CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS:

• Login to your account or enter your sales order number and email address on your account.
• Select the item(s) and quantities from the appropriate sales order(s) that you would like to file a warranty claim for.
• Enter a description of the product defect, upload an image of the product defect in png or jpg format, and select the appropriate warranty reason(s) for your item(s) being submitted. Then click Create Warranty Claim.
• A Lionsportz Customer Care Specialist will contact you regarding your claim.

WARRANTIES:

• Items may carry a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects
• Pants are not warrantied due to the nature of their use.
• Items will be repaired or will carry a one-time replacement at our discretion.
• Defective item(s) within the 30 day warranty will have the return shipping costs covered by LionSportz if required to be sent back for review. Replacements are issued after the return has been processed. LionSportz will require proof of defect.
• Items handled and/or damaged by a 3rd party are not warrantied.
